Added TLS support to the plugins for secure communication.
Slightly impractical naming “Ideal” and “This” in automatic equalizers has been replaced by “Reference” and “Input”. Hopefully this is easier to understand.

Fix Vertical parameter dragging behaviour for left-right mouse movements under macOS.
Fix The plugin splitter did not correctly split the size between itself and its meters with floating windows under macOS.
