New Additions for MSF
We've just published two new instruments for MSoundFactory: the shred-ready Virtuoso Power Lead and the atmospheric "Piano on a Trip". These tools cover the full spectrum from high-octane metal solos to warm, lo-fi cinematic soundscapes.
Piano on a trip
Piano on a trip is a hybrid instrument that combines a classic acoustic piano with two granular modulation layers—one tonal, one noise-based. This configuration yields a sound that is warm, lo-fi, and ambient, often evoking an ethereal or nostalgic atmosphere. The instrument excels in emotional expression, particularly when the piano is blended with soft pad textures and subtle noise layers. It is well-suited for genres such as ambient, cinematic, and retro-inspired music.
Virtuoso power lead
Virtuoso power lead is a ready-to-go lead instrument created by a keyboard player for keyboard players who play rock and metal music. It can even turn into a guitar lead. Furthermore, the Morph knob changes the sound in real time. Useful for fast keyboard solos, enjoy your shreddings!
